The Office of the CIO Voice & Wireless Team provides support for the management, operations, and control of the State’s switched telephone network. Support for Telecommunications also includes business class telephony service, VoIP, Call Center Technology, Softphones, Auto Attendants, wireless, connection between both public and private networks, and conferencing services.
