The Office of the CIO Site Support team provides Statewide desktop and laptop support for all Cabinet and leasing customers. The goal of the Site Support team is to provide efficient and timely support for our customers across the State utilizing the following tools and best practices:
- Standardize desktop and laptop solutions
- All staff are Dell-certified technicians
- Staff are located across the State in 8 Regions
- Provide layered support for all Agencies
- Implement an Enterprise Computer Refresh program
Site Support is staffed and ready to support Agencies with daily computer support, computer refreshes, moves, and projects.
