Mission Statement

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) provides the State of Nebraska with an Enterprise platform to create, manage, and store information and documents, using technology from the industry’s leading Enterprise Content Management vendor.  The ECM team works with Nebraska State Government Agencies, Divisions, and Boards to create a wide variety of electronic solutions to help “Grow Nebraska”, both internally and externally.


What We Offer

The ECM team offers a centralized platform for creating solutions for almost every business need, including creating electronic forms, processing physical and electronic forms through Workflow, routing forms and documents, storing digital media, and much, much more. Through the use of the OnBase framework, we can quickly configure and deploy customized solutions using nearly 50 out-of-the-box modules that seamlessly integrate to create efficient, paperless processes.
