In recognition of your work on updating 4,000 computers with the new version of the IBM Personal Communications (PCOMM). SCCM could not update them automatically. Even though Rick was busy with other tasks, he worked very hard to create SCCM packages for the computer updates. The updates have fixed many security issues. Laurie Schlitt, OCIO, commented, “Rick has been happy to work with users when needed. It is people like Rick that make OCIO synonymous with Customer Service.”
