This system accepts nominations, which typically result in Champion Awards for OCIO Employees who are recognized for going above and beyond. Jim continues to improve the system. In recognition of your assistance to the Abstracters Board of Examiners in accessing emails and files. The board was in the process of hiring a new director. John Laflin, Board Chair, commented, “Just letting you know your guy Brandon Boyd is dang good help. I am covering the Abstracters Board of Examiners between Directors and Brandon has been invaluable. I’d be lost in here without him!”
In recognition of your assistance in consolidating OCIO’s two billing systems - PAC and CNB. The billing consolidation was one of the OCIO projects designated to save time, money, and other resources. This effort required many database changes, conversion programs, and many hours of testing in order to ensure all would run smoothly for our customers.
In recognition of your work on the Porteus Kiosk Project for the Supreme Court. Over a period of 30 days, approximately 125 kiosks were updated, set up securely and made available for citizens in their respective counties to access appropriate Court documentation. These updates to the kiosks were made with minimal downtimes and involved tremendous coordination between all teams.
