OCIO Champion: 4/9/2018

JUSTIN TIANGCO

For his continued support and assistance to the OCIO Web Team with regards to transitioning URLs from AccessManager over to NetScaler. Since March 1, 2017, the transition included reviewing, researching, testing and promoting every nuance. In addition, Justin assisted working through issues with NetScaler as a load balancer. Juli Jurgens, Office of the CIO, commented, “Justin has an amazing amount of patience. After a year, I figured it was time for me to properly and publically thank Justin for the assistance and patience that he is offering the web team during this time of transition.”

 

 

CLAIRE INBODY

For her innovation and great care for customer service while working to improve our agency's strategic messaging. As a recent addition from the DOT, Claire brought her insight to the table. Claire was able to incorporate all of the branding and communications suggestions. Holly West, OCIO commented, “Because of her innovation and research, the ESRI web metrics allow the OCIO to focus accomplishments and shares strategic messaging each month with our partners across the State of Nebraska. Thanks Claire!”

 

 

KEN MITCHELL AND JUSTIN TIANGCO

For his great customer service to the Department of Revenue. The agency was in the progress of migrating applications to a new environment. Some of the applications on this server are critical to our agency. Chris Ayotte, Department of Revenue commented, “I want to pass on how impressed we were with Ken and Justin’s help getting our server issue resolved which ran late into the evening last night and early this morning.”
