ANDREA KIICHLER

For her assistance and customer service to the Department of Revenue with their expired Adobe subscription licenses. The agency could not update their external web site until the licenses were renewed or a trial license was provided. Andrea was contacted. Comments from Revenue, "Within minutes she was pursuing 2 or 3 different strategies to get us working again. We did finally get a quote from CDW and got a trial license activated but the way she responded was inspiring. Her insight regarding the software resellers will be helpful in future purchases too. We really appreciate Andrea’s help today!"

For the successful and efficient installation of the Cisco telephone system in all the Legislative offices. NANCY TAYLOR and SAM FIFER

Nancy Taylor and Sam Fifer recorded the Broadband 101 and 102 sessions at the Broadband Nebraska Today conference on Oct. 26, 2017. Nancy also edited the videos. Recording and editing videos of conference sessions is something that they don’t normally do and it was in many ways a learning experience. They welcomed the challenge and did a great job! Their willingness to embrace video technology is helping the OCIO to be innovative and more responsive. We are excited to share the videos with Nebraska community leaders interested in getting better broadband for their communities.
