Many telco accounts have to be reviewed by several OCIO staff prior to going to Central Finance. In addition, many deliveries are partial deliveries of our equipment. Vicki can be counted on to find a lost invoice or packing slip. Sandi Gauchat, OCIO WAN Team, commented, “Vicki’s skills need to be trumpeted out. She’s saved the day for me many a time. Just letting you know how much I appreciate Vicki and all she does behind-the-scenes.”

The application is getting frequent certificate errors when making LDAP calls to Public.ne.gov domain. Justin resolved the issue. Kevin Waechter, Department of Labor, commented “I'm forwarding this to say how much we appreciate Justin's work on this, he resolved the issue yesterday and moreover he also made a follow up call this morning to make sure it is still working right.”
