The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Operations Center provides a 24x7 monitoring and incident management for all critical IT infrastructure for the State of Nebraska. Operations staff members are on duty 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to assure any critical alerts or notifications are immediately attended to and proper operations. They are responsible for assuring the integrity of computer processing, adhering to established procedures, and meeting timetables established by our clients. As an extension of the OCIO Service Desk, Operations Center also provides call resolutions and limited other level 1 support functions for the after-hours, including weekends and holidays.
