The OCIO held weekly meetings, project planning and testing to put the agency in a great position for the migration to occur smoothly. The migration of a new subnet was the third phase. Just as before, the actual cutover process only took a matter of seconds.

For his assistance to NEMA with the Windows Defender application. It was running at a time during the day that was not convenient to the customer. Bryan Tuma commented, "Rick Sanchez did a great job of working this issue to final resolution. Audrey was able to determine what staff were to create the error and what needed to be done to prevent the error in the future.
