They didn’t just say here’s the product, go figure it out, but rather proactively educated the staff, solicited questions/feedback and said “just call me if you have questions.” Several staff members have started using WebEx and are seeing the benefits. This is a project award for the completion of OCIO Procurement Website project. The project was to develop a website for the Procurement team to allow vendors the ability to view, track and quote bids and allows transparency to the entire process. This improved the communication between the Procurement team and the vendors. The website was completed under budget and ahead of scheduled. Great job team!
