Michael Behnke, commented, “Tom McLaughlin has been a pleasure to work with on rolling over Business Income Tax for tax year 2017. Tom has been very responsive to our questions and he has caught some issues that we missed. It is critical to find and resolve our issues now rather than later to ensure we have a great filing season. We do appreciate Tom’s assistance and wanted to make sure OCIO was aware of this.”

For his assistance to the Economic Development with the recent roll out of WebEx/SPARK to all staff.  Jerry Borrell, commented, “During the process Chad, Bert, and Craig have provided excellent service, a.k.a. hand holding with documentation, a few informal and formal training sessions. They didn’t just say here’s the product, go figure it out, but rather proactively educated the staff, solicited questions/feedback and said “just call me if you have questions.” Several staff members have started using WebEx and are seeing the benefits. In fact today we did job interview via WebEx. Kudos to your team; their efforts are much appreciated here at DED. Thanks - Jerry.”

I can tell you know your stuff, and the fact that you know FileMaker is a bonus for us. Have a wonderful New Year!"

This is a project award for the completion of OCIO Procurement Website project. The project was to develop a website for the Procurement team to allow vendors the ability to view, track and quote bids and allows transparency to the entire process. This improved the communication between the Procurement team and the vendors. The website was completed under budget and ahead of scheduled. Great job team!
