JAMESON HITTLE

As a result of the project, this is not only the most cost effective solution but now it is the most reliable solution for sending out alerts to employees at the State. From Loraine; "Jameson, I have to say, not only were you a pleasure to work with, you were very efficient and conscientious during this project. GOOD JOB! And, thank you."

CHAD BROWN, TYLER SWEENEY, VICKI MCELROY AND GLORIA ESQUIVEL

Photo of Ed Toner with Chad, Tyler, Vicki and GloriaThe OCIO and Building share a warehouse in the Logistics area which contains cubicle partitions and parts. The warehouse got cluttered and unorganized due to the multiple renovations occurring in the building. In addition, a couple of months ago, the 3rd floor supply closet was needed for storage by one of the OCIO teams. On June 15th, Chad, Tyler, and Vicki rolled up their sleeves and started hauling out the cubicle partitions and other items. Warehouse #1 is now cleaned up and organized. We can now see the floor to the warehouse and can access our paper supply products! When the 3rd floor supply closet needed to be emptied, Gloria rolled up her sleeves. After dedicating a couple of hours a week, the room was emptied and excess supplies went to surplus. Lori Lopez Urdiales, Office Services Manager commented, "These tasks could not have been accomplished without staff going above and beyond the call of duty. Again, your help was GREATLY appreciated. It is staff like you that are willing to go that extra mile to help out another team that makes it a pleasure and fun to work in the Office of the CIO. You all are the BEST and THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!!!
