For going above and beyond in her work with the State Patrol’s Niche installation. Pam Kunzman, IT Manager, from the Nebraska State Patrol commented, “As a supervisor, we usually hear the negative, but don’t always hear the positive. We have nothing but respect and positive comments for Deb. She has excellent communication skills, technical skills, and knows who to reach out to when others need to be involved. We are so fortunate to have her working on our NSP systems (again). Thank you for assigning her to our projects and for all the good work she has done these past 3 weeks. We appreciate her support very much.”

For his assistance and work on creating an "All Pending Tickets" report from the OCIO Service Center for the Leadership Team members to track tickets progress of their teams. The reports are provided to the Leadership on a daily and weekly basis. Tim Cao, OCIO IT Administrator commented, “Thank you Matt! Got my first LT SM report in the mail this morning! A quick and convenient way to see what’s going on in my areas.”
